These are the group of visas for professionals who hold a Bachelor degree or have undertaken Technical studies for trade occupations. This group includes the Independent Visa subclass 189, State sponsored visas 190 or 491 and Family sponsored visa 491
partner and family visas
Partner visa applications are for married couples or couples living in a de-facto relationship. This visa also includes fiances or prospective marriage visa. The sponsor who is the applicant’s partner must also lodge a sponsorship application
Family visas include Parent visas for parents of Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents and Child visas
student visas
This is the visa for people who want to study in Australia a course for more than three months. You can study short English courses, undertake technical studies or university studies to get new skills or enhance the skills you already have
tourist visas, work and holiday and covid visa
Tourist visas are perfect for visiting family or friends or for short holidays in Australia.
Work and Holiday visas or Working Holiday Visas are for young people who want to work in Australia while being in holidays making friends or working
employer sponsored visas
These visas are for companies who want to sponsor foreign workers for their business and who are not able to source skilled workers from the Australian market. These visas also include the Labour Agreement stream for companies who have a signed agreement with the government
graduate visas
After eligible studies in Australia, this visa allows graduates for a further stay in Australia to gain work experience from 18 months to up to four years or apply for permanent residence if eligible
